Submit recipes with a real Midwest connection, understandable ingredients and steps, an honest source note, and images you may legally share. Cultural-borderland submissions must explain their connection.

Do not submit copied commercial recipes without permission, private personal information, hateful or harassing content, unsafe instructions presented as current guidance, spam, or unrelated promotions.

Reviewers may approve, request changes, reject, archive, or add a safety note. Paid status never changes the review standard. Published edits remain in review while the last approved version stays public.

Story discussions are for family memories, regional traditions, and respectful historical context. Cooking reviews are for people who actually prepared the recipe. Do not impersonate another person, expose private contact details, post promotions, manipulate ratings, or use these focused spaces as a general social feed.

Low-risk contributions may appear immediately. Links, personal information, duplicate text, abusive language, or suspicious activity may wait for administrator review. Members may report concerns. Administrators may hide or remove content, exclude manipulated ratings, and restrict commenting or rating privileges while retaining a private audit history.

If you believe a recipe, image, or attribution infringes your rights or exposes private information, email the contact address below with the page URL, the material at issue, your relationship to it, and the requested correction. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive records unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
