Make the recipe
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with seasoned salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs in a small pan until thick and no liquid remains.
- In a large bowl, prepare the cornbread muffin mix.
- Foldinthesausagerambld eggs and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups about 2/3 full.
- Bake 10 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake 5 minutes more.
