Southwest Taco Pie

  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
  3. Ina small bowl,combine refried beans and1/2 cup tacosauce.
  4. For a deep dishcrust, layerhalf themeatmixture inthecrustandtopwith half the bean mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers.For regular crusts,dividethemeat and beanmixtureevenlybetween both crusts.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese ontop.
  7. Bake25 minutes.Remove fromovenandcool 10 minutes.
  8. Topwith shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes,and remaining taco sauce, then serve.
