Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Measure the hamburger,eggs, onion,celery salt,garlic salt, chili powder,and Minute Rice.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Spread1 canundiluted tomatosoupinthebottom ofa casserole dish.
  6. Place the meatballs on top of the soup.
  7. Cover with 1 can vegetable beef soup.
  8. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
