  2. Stir sour cream into mashed ripe bananas in a small bowl.
  3. Add the dry Beat together ingredients and softened butter, banana mixture sugar, and eggs alternately to the butter mixture, in a large bowl mixing by hand until light and aftereachaddition fluffy. until thebatter is smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350°Ffor 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly golden.
