  1. Cut puffs horizontally inhalf.Measure milk and half-and-half in a2-cupmicrowave safebowl.Stir in granulated sugar and cornstarchuntil well blended.
  2. Microwaveon HIGH Graduallybeat 2 to3 minutes until about1/2 cupof hot milk mixture into thick and bubbly; stop tostirevery beaten egg mixture, mixing constantly. minute.Beat the egg in small bowl.
  3. Stir egg mixture into Spoonhotmixtureonto remaining hotmilk puff bases, dividing evenly(about 11/2 mixture until blended. Stir in vanilla and tbsp each).Cover butter.Microwave withtopsand on HIGH30 to60 refrigerateuntil seconds oruntil mixtureiscool thickened;stir andfirm,atleast every 20 seconds. 10 minutes. MICROWAVE.
  4. In small dish,combine confectioners'sugar, cocoa,liqueur and water until smooth. Place mixture in small resealablebag,push out all air and seal. Squeeze chocolate into a corner of bag. Snipoff small portion ofcornerand drizzle chocolate over puffs. Serveimmediately.
