No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunchies

Make the recipe

1. Spray mini muffin pan with vegetable oil spray. Set aside.
2. In small saucepan, mlt 1 tbspbutterover low heat. Add 3/4 cup marshmallows and cocoa powder. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat.
3. Add 3/4 cup cereal. Stir until well coated. Cool slightly. With spoon, press cereal mixture evenly among muffin spaces. Set aside.
4. In another small saucepan, met well coated. Cool slightly. remaining butter over low heat. Add remaining marshmallows and peanut butter. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat.
5. Add remaining cereal and peanuts. Stir until Press mixture on top of cocoa layer in each muffin space. Press chocolate drop into center of each. Serve.
