Make the recipe
- Butter an 8-inch pan and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches a full boil.
- Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add the mini marshmallows, peanut butter chips, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
- Stir until the marshmallows melt and the mixture is smooth and blended.
- Pour into the buttered 8-inch pan and let cool.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and spread over the cooed fudge.
