- While first batch is cooking, in skillet, melt butter; stir in in hot oil and fry, gently stirring occasionally, until hot sauce and vinegar. Add crispy and golden, about fried wings; toss to coat. The longer wings are in sauce, the spicier they become. Serve wings with blue oil to 375°F (190°C) and cook remaining wings.
