Make the recipe

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise,buttermilk (or yogurt), and blue cheese.
  2. Cut off wing tips and discard. Cut wings in half at the joint.
  3. Carefully place half of wings in hot oiland fry,gently stirringoccasionally,until crispyandgolden,about 9 mins.With slotted spoon, transfer wings to wire rack set overbaking sheet.Return oil to 375°F and cook remainingwings.
  4. While first batch is cooking, in skillet,meltbutter;stirin hotsauceandvinegar.Add fried wings; toss to coat. The longer wings are in sauce, the spicier they become. Serve wings with blue cheesedip.
