Batter Fried Shark

Crispy old-fashioned batter fried shark made with shark fillets or other fish, flour, salt, baking powder, and vinegar—dipped in a simple batter, fried until golden brown, and drained on paper towels.

  1. Measure Cut 2 lb shark fillets into 1 cup flour. 1-inch chunks.
  2. Add Add 1 tsp baking 1 1/2 tsp salt. powder.
  3. Slowly add 1 cup Dip the fish water and 1 tbsp cubes into white vinegar; the batter. mix well into a batter.
  4. Cook3-4 Drop into hot minutes until oil at 365°F. golden brown; drain onpaper towels.
