Crispy Caramel Corn

Make the recipe

  1. Place the popped popcorn in a large, well-greased pan.
  2. Melt the margarine in a large heavy saucepan.

  4. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and baking soda.
  6. Pour the syrup over the popcorn.
  7. Mix well and spread into a well-greased pan.
  8. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
